Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruptions, public holidays, customs processing and other events.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, brokerage charges, quarantine charges and other destination-country fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

10. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
